One of the smallest lots in Oakville. A complete historic restoration, addition, and opening up of the second floor to accommodate more living area. A new two-story dwelling with an underpinned deep basement. We worked with the Town of Oakville planning staff and heritage board, to recreate a more modernized heritage look.
